Hands suddenly shift / move when touching desk or keeping hands too long on it

Hello,

I’ve been testing Rebocap for the past few days, everything works wonderfull but for some reason:

Whenever im at my desk, the hands start shifting / moving as if they loose focus, that only happens when i’m keeping my hands on it.

  • not sure if it’s the hand trackers or the wrist ones that are acting in such way.

Small details:

  • My desk is a standing one with a motor,
  • I’m using Udcap gloves for finger tracking - so their trackers are near the Rebocaps
    (but also without the gloves → the Rebocap shifting was unfortunettly happening)
  • I tried using the Anti-magnetic Mode (on and off) - in both cases the situation happens
  • Firmware for trackers and receiver has been updated to the newes available one.

I asked also this qustion on the Rebocap discord and situation was resolved.

I wasnt aware that there is a new firmware v15 which didnt pop up in rebocap program (i was on v7)
I had to download the whole program again, and then the v15 was possible for download, which resolved the whole situation
